I received very unprofessional service from this organization. I called and explained my situation to the receptionist and she ensured me that my call would be returned within 2-3 days. I waited a week and called back and she again informed me that she would call me back. Once again nothing so then I take the liberty to call back again and thought I lucked up because Heather one of the acting attorneys answered. I once again started from starch with my story. Upon completion she explained that my case would be something that the firm could assist me with. She told me that she would just need to get with Arthur because he determined which cases would be accepted. Well, I'm writing this review six weeks later and they are still yet to phone me back. How rude disrespectful and unprofessional they are. Needless to say I have moved forward with a different firm that knows how to communicate!

Arthur and Heather helped me with a tenant case. The whole process was smooth. They are good listeners and very responsive. There are a few attorneys in town who represent landlords but Arthur and Heather are the best. I highly recommend them.
