A year into paying timely payments, they only credited 2 payments to LVNV. So now they are calling threatening taking me to court again. This company must be keeping my payments. LVNV even has it on my credit report as a collection notice. Try to talk to them and they give me the run around. Bad business

FRAUD ALERT!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Do not ever pay these people. This is a scam and they wont ever uphold their end of a agreement. I have reported them to the CFPB. FRAUD ALERT!!!!

It's easier to pay my bill with them online rather than remembering to get a money order and sending it out.

If there was a zero i'd put it. I recieved mail from a previous owner of our house from this company. I tried to call this office to have them stop sending the mail as we are the current owners, the office was closed and the voicemail said to leave a message and then the hold music just plays on and on and you cann not leave a message. P.s the previous owners have changed the address with the post office.
