Not only did he deliver as promised, but he also answered emails promptly, even on his vacation, AND he foresaw a potential problem and took measures to proactively fix it. One of the best experiences I have had with a closing attorney. I have been a real estate agent for 25 years so I have dealt with many. These are the reasons I believe my involvement with Attorney Jim Trotter was so great. 1. We had special circumstance and needed to close in less then two weeks. Mr. Trotter said of course we can, we will put you at the front of the line 2. From the moment we began communicating, I was never disappointed as I was kept in the loop about everything from start to finish. 3. Any questions or concerns I had was always answered the same day. 4. Even though I have years of experience with closings, Mr. Trotter foresaw a problem with a boat dock being transferred and without anyone else seeing there could be a future problem, he took measures to make sure there would not be a problem. 5.
