One of the best experiences I have had with a closing attorney. I have been a real estate agent for 25 years so I have dealt with many. These are the reasons I believe my involvement with Attorney Jim Trotter was so great. 1. We had special circumstance and needed to close in less then two weeks. Mr. Trotter said of course we can, we will put you at the front of the line 2. From the moment we began communicating, I was never disappointed as I was kept in the loop about everything from start to finish. 3. Any questions or concerns I had was always answered the same day. 4. Even though I have years of experience with closings, Mr. Trotter foresaw a problem with a boat dock being transferred and without anyone else seeing there could be a future problem, he took measures to make sure there would not be a problem. 5. My clients were treated with such respect, but most of all, everyone involved in the transaction was made to feel like we were in the best of hands. 7. For all the attorney did, I would have to say his fees were exceptionally reasonable. 8. The office was very clean and comfortable which made all of us feel we had a professional on our side. And absolutely I would recommend James Trotter to anyone and everyone I know!
