I give them a star because i have no other option, and i honestly do not recommend them, I do not know if they are good or not but in my case they have very bad and I have had bad experience with them. Bad service!!

I only put one star here because that was the only option otherwise they deserve none. Their customer service is a joke. They answer the phones like they hate their job and talk to you with so much attitude. We feel very uncomfortable calling them because they make you feel like you are bothering them too much. They never give you updates on your case and the lawyer is never available. We have not even seen our lawyer. The only reason they call you is to let you know that you owe them money and once you are done paying them they stop calling you. Do not hire them unless you want to be stressed out. Many people are unhappy with their services.
