He did a great job for me 11 years ago

I was referred to Tucker and he was the opposite of what I expected. He was late( a hour and greater) to all of the court dates all of which he selected and made no communication with me or the court. In court he wasn't prepared and would state in accurate information. He never made one visit to see my son (his client). While in court one time he was caught telling me a lie saying that the prosecutor had agreed to something and she overheard him. Overall having Tucker as my son’s lawyer was an additional stress and after paying half up front I felt compelled to continue to do business with him and I wouldn't recommend his service after what I had to encounter.

I will be sending a heart-filled Christmas card to them this year . I know it has taken me this long but Ive finally got my life back on track ! Thank you Tucker & Associates ! Cheers to the ending of this year and happy holidays! #teamtucker

The only reason I gave 1star is because there was nothing lower-just like Matthew Tucker.In my opinion he is the poster child of a crooked lawyer. He is an evil opportunist, if he can find a way of taking advantage of a client, believe me he will- if you hire Mr Tucker stay on top of your case, ask to see papers, and above all else do not give him an inch he will definitely take more than a mile.

Matthew Tucker took my speeding case when the county wanted to send me to jail. He really impressed me with how deeply he investigated the situation pulling technical data, case history for the county and even the qualifications/history of the law enforcement departments. Everyone I knew in the world of law and government told me that I had no chance and when someone else I knew who also got a ticket that night was already sentenced to jail time (they had another lawyer) I got really scared. Matthew Tucker kept me out of jail when everyone else's Lawyers couldn't do the same for their clients. I am not upset with the police officer but I was upset with the district attorney. Matthew Tucker brought fair balance to this situation.
