Timi is amazing! I specifically had a difficult case in where I had health issues and needed a lawyer that would advocate for me in all aspects. Timi couldn’t have walked me through my divorce with more of a “white gloves” manner and yet a “bull dog” manner in making sure my interests were protected. At all times, I felt I was going to get the best deal possible. She is one of the smartest, kindest, honest, hard working, and tenacious individuals I have ever met. I can assure you any lawyer that is going up against her has their work cut out for them. I will forever be grateful to Timi for my divorce outcome, and for her making a very, very difficult time in my life as easy as possible.

I would like to start out by saying that there are a lot of attorneys with five star ratings but they are not five star attorneys. Timi is a five-star attorney. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Her office is a reflection of her. Terry that runs the office is so kind and totally on top of her job. They are always there for you. My mom's case was so difficult and involved, that it required someone with superior skills to comprehend it. The mounds of paperwork involved in this case would have scared away a lot of attorneys. But not Timi. She is a Class Act, all the while being completely tenacious and never losing sight of her goal. Many times we were in very stressful situations and she never once lost her cool and never backed down. Timi is a beautiful person inside and out but don't let that fool you, because she is tough as nails. If our family ever needs an attorney again we will call Timi. And if you need an attorney I highly recommend her. You won't be sorry.

I can't give enough stars to Timi Tucker as a family law attorney. Timi is a rare breed of attorney who listens and cares. Timi is extremely bold and brave and willing to go all-in for her client and truly understands the importance of looking out for the best interest of children in custody disputes. In my experience with family law attorney's, this is rare. She's extremely intelligent, understands all aspect of the law and local climate of the judges and others in the system. She is detail oriented, takes many notes, and it's evident that she studies and thinks about your conversations before coming to conclusions or offering advice.

Ms Tucker is absolutely the very best you could hope for in an attorney. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Always answers in a timely manner and will get the job done. She knows exactly what she needs to do and when to do it. A sweetheart of a person but a bulldog lawyer. I would recommend her any day of a lifetime. So thankful for her.

I hate the fact that I had to retain a Family Law Attorney, but being that I had to, I'm soooooooo glad I picked the right one! Timi is awesome. She truly cared and listened to me and my concerns ..... she was approachable and personable. I think those are 2 of her many positive characteristics. It's tough enough having to deal with a split family that included 2 children, but Timi put me at ease with the whole ordeal. She's confident, competent, sincere and truly a sage. Leading up to our final hearing, we were prepping and I questioned her about something. Her response was "Right now, I know your life better than I know mine" and she followed that by rattling off dates and incidents, one after another proving to me that she WAS ready and on her game. Terri, who is the office manager/receptionist, was ALWAYS pleasant and punctual. If I needed some docs or assistance with something she was always willing and able. As a team, they run a well oiled machine. Terri handles all the front end stuff and Timi handles the back end. I'm not one to often leave reviews, but there was no question as to me leaving one for her/them. I think it's fair to say, that as a Father I was quite concerned b/c I've heard horror stories from friends and associates of what either happened to them or to someone they know of and it didn't sound fair or favorable all the time for the Father. In my instance, I guess it was somewhat of an anomaly because WE WON EVERYTHING! It was an awesome feeling to see that Family Law can perform in an ethical, reasonable way and I say that to include the Judge that was presiding over the case too. It was a win for Fathers doing the right thing and a vote of confidence in myself for the Court. I now feel that I can continue Fathering my children the best I can and don't have to "walk on eggshells" and be concerned about the Court siding with their mother if she continues to bring unrealistic, unfounded 'concerns' and lies which could result in me losing Time Share or having to pay more Child Support. I have and will continue to recommend her to ANYONE that needs a Family Law Attorney. Glad that I won't be seeing your name pop up in my phone anymore for this! :-)
