Used ups instead of usps because we thought that they would do a much better job. Visiting mom in Florida and gf saw a UK blue 3 wheel bike had to have. Took to ups franchise official store and sent to ky bike 322.00 shipping 348. 00 bike makes it barely box was open so I put it together to see what was missing before I file claim and it was in really bad shape paint scratches all over fenders bent . But anyway so they wanted pictures but I didn't think they were that good so they wanted to see it . Told together and they said they don't pickup that has to be in box so I said I can take it to your store and let them take pics or just see it . He said we will come a get it and I made it very clear I wanted it back here as soon as he was done looking and told driver which he was surprised that it was together. He said they don't ever do that has to be in a box. Then after that they lost the girlfriends 3 wheel UK blue bike with a white basket. This all started on 6-6-22 now 10-14-22 still no bike or no money and you can't tell me if they only have stuff in boxes that in a sea of brown boxes and brown uniforms that they can't find a Brite UK BLUE 3 WHEEL BICYCLE WITH A BIG WHITE BASKET 700.00 in the hole and one mad woman and disappointed man. And this not over and I won't go away and UPS and those making the big bucks don't care. Some of the employees do and other just want to keep their job. And the public only want what they are supposed to do when you pay for a service. U don't pay anyone until the service is done but UPS gets it 1st because after that they don't give a darn about us customers

***Update*** After two different complaints to their reps on Twitter and being repeatedly hung up on, a representative from their local center called. They spoke to me in an EXTREMELY angry and verbally abusive manner. The lady then went on to explain that the driver tried to deliver the package to one address. When I tried to explain what the address was and it wasn't incorrect, the woman kept interrupting me stating, that she didn't care what it said and that she wasn't going to talk about that. She yelled and screamed at me. The lady wanted to know if the apartments were in front or in the side. I stated what and where the apartment was and tried to explain the address again and why it was on the side. The lady once again yelled and screamed at me she didn't care and she wasn't going to discuss that. She then said the driver would make another attempt. When I asked what time then the lady said she had no idea but that he would return. I waited outside for a hour or so for the driver to return. When the driver arrived he stated he didn't know there was apartments on the side. I am satisfied now, but I do not appreciate being talked to in the manner in which I was by the lady at the local UPS office. If she is going to holler and scream at people then perhaps she should find another line of work. Clearly customer service work is a bit much for her. All of this could have been avoided if in the beginning the driver had walked about ten feet around the building and looked to see if there were additional apartments. The entire section where I live is one huge apartment building. The driver chose to do no such thing. The one star rating will remain because of the way in which I was spoken to. ***Original comment*** I ordered a PS5 from Sony and UPS was to deliver it. on the day it was to be delivered the console vanished. The driver uploads that the address was incorrect. The address was in fact correct. I notified their twitter account holder what I believe may be about to happen. I even called their corporate office. My concern seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. I also contacted Sony so that I could let them know the package may have been compromised.I will update this review if things change, such as if the package mysteriously gets delivered.

Terrible customer service. Do not bother insuring your packages with UPS, when they damage your package (which has happened to me many times) they will invariably deny the claim and pocket the shipping and insurance fee you paid. This is a letter I wrote in response to their customer service representative after UPS had jerked me around serveral times on this claim: Hello Ms. ******** In the likelihood that you are unfamiliar with this case, let me provide you with a brief summary. The package in question was a pair of vintage car headlights that I sold on Ebay for $525. The shipment was boxed per the UPS online guidelines with a minimum 2 inches of heavy duty bubble wrap on each side, and packed in an appropriately strong box. It was marked fragile in several places. It shipped on July 19, 2022 and was delivered July 23, and was received damaged. On Aug 2 I submitted a claim with a full set of pictures. The buyer held on to the package and the contents in case UPS wanted to inspect them. UPS apparently had had no interest in doing that, and on Aug 8 I received a call from Daniel Wilson from UPS Capital (the company that sells UPS insurance policies?) to tell me the claim was denied. I was told that I would receive a letter detailing the reason for the denial. I never got any letter. In mid Oct I filed the complaint with the BBB. On 10/9 you sent me an email to let me know someone would contact me by the next day. About 5 days later I received a call from the claims department. The caller said my claim had been denied for insufficient packaging (not true). I asked specifically what about the packaging was insufficient, but the representative didn't know. So now UPS claims wants the same pictures that I sent them a full 3 months earlier after they've already denied the claim twice. Its laughable, and my time is far too valuable to keep playing this game. If UPS had any intent of reviewing this claim they could easily go into the original claim and find all the details and pictures. But that is not UPS's intent here. UPS's apparent intent, and I believe their new supplementary business model, is to sell insurance policies on shipments, and then deny claims out of hand to those UPS believes they can get away with it - ie - individuals like me who don't have corporate shipping accounts. UPS doesn't care about customer service for individuals, and this is evident from the Google reviews of UPS World Headquarters (1.4/5). UPS just wants to give the appearance of customer service. So I fully intend to pursue this in my state small claims court, and I'm sure I will prevail. And with court fees and servers charges this will surely cost UPS much more than if they had settled the claim honestly in the first place. Have a nice day. And good luck working for UPS.

Claims services are horrible. Online claim page does not work properly, it doesn’t let you submit documents online. Call center does not solve your problem either. You can reach to claims department via fax or regular mail. Who needs e-mail access, right? Next move might be smoke signal !? As an Amazon seller I work with them for convenience but I absolutely not for the other online platforms. Deterrent and exhausting claims process. Better work with Fedex.

The inconsistentcy with UPS shipping is absurd. As a company you need to do better when you are constantly delaying packages. Aside from really bad weather, it's not my problem you guys can't do things right. When you guys have delays on your side, you need to be able to help the customers more. The representatives on the phone are beyond useless and will lie or even hang up on you. It's sad to say that I prefer FedEx or the post office over UPS. On the plus side at least the local UPS office has good employees.
