Uscg Pay & Personnel Center

As a Retired Veteran me and my wife visit the Coast Guard Pay & Personnel Center for ID card renewals. They are always pleasant and professional. Sometimes we wait in line to get served and that's not a problem for us. That's how things work. We love having the office so close and absolutely appropriate the people that work there. Thank you all for your service.

Ok, apparently everyone wants their stuff now, not 10 minutes from now. In our instantaneous social media world we're in now it seems like a lot of retirees have forgotten about what it means to "stand in line for chow" or "stand a long mid-watch." The world works so dang fast now that people can keep up with it. Yes, I waited 10 MINUTES! OMG!! Which required me to put my cell on speaker set it on my desk while checking my FB account. When I did get through the rep I spoke with was very helpful, got the info I needed, made all the changes I needed, right there on the phone. Very professional and effective interaction. If you don't mind a little wait you won't be disappointed.

Visited Senator's office. What a great staff. Very great service. I felt really happy to visit the place take Senaor's help
