The post office is rarely busy. The architecture alone is worth a visit. Marble and granite accents adorn the walls and floors. Most of the action is hidden from view. But not the beauty of this historic structure.

Horrible experience attempting to get my passport. I set appointment for passport and picture weeks in advance only for these unprofessionals to tell me they have no camera and sent me to spend more money elsewhere for them. No one called to reschedule me or anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst service I've ever received at the post office. Staff was extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend going or spending money at this location. No parking. No public restrooms. I refuse to spend my money in a place that has no regard for customers.

Parked my car for 30 min and got out of there in 10 minutes... on Friday night after work... Just the fact that this place is open till 8pm deserves better rating. Service was super fast and I didn’t have any issues with anyone over there. The building itself is really beautiful, historical and huge.

Website states this is a location you can submit passport application and get photo taken, this is incorrect. Associate stated, “camera was stolen a month ago.” Needless to say this was a waste of time. I wouldn’t be writing this had they a. Called me the day prior considering I booked the appointment for photo and passport b. had someone behind the counter stated this earlier instead of bouncing me around from line to line and having me wait, just to say, “ Oh… I forgot our camera was stolen.” Associate also said he wouldn’t bother to assist and see if another location would honor my appointment. Thanks for the lack of help.
