At first they would leave the mailbox open so the mail would get wet. They ignored the request to hold the mail a few times.' The collected mail should have been returned on 11/10, regular mail addrived but still waiting the the held mail SMH How can a business make so many mistakes without consequences??!!!

The worst. I literally waited in line the only person in line while all the works gossiped for 15min before helping me. Was greeted with a whole attitude and eye roll

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! PERSONNEL & THE SOME OF THE "FEMALE CARRIERS" ARE THE WORST!!!! THEY DELIBERATELY BY PASS YOU IF YOUR STANDING OUT BY YOUR CURBSIDE MAILBOX WAITING TO COLLECT YOUR MAIL. IM GATHERING THE REASON BEING DUE MY CAR PARKED WITHIN 15FT OF THE MAILBOX. The MALE CARRIERS ARE THE OPPOSITE AND A FEW ARE VERY GENTLEMAN LIKE. BUT THE FEMALE ARE HORRIBLE WITH NASTY ATTITUDES. ONE FEMALE CARRIER ENGAGED IN A VERBAL DISPUTE WITH A MALE NEIGHBOR (HE'S A VETRAN) DUE TO HER BY PASSING HIM WHILE AT HIS MAILBOX WAITING! ...HORRIBLE! I TELL YOU! AND SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE. PEOPLE SPEAK ABOUT HOW LAW ENFORCEMENT NEED RE TRAINING, WELL SO FOES THE USPS WORKERS!!!!! THE YOUNGER THE PERSONNEL THE WORST THINGS SEEM! USPS POSTAL SERVICE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!

They need a better system. The same 2 clerks to handle ordinary postage needs should not be the same ppl to conduct thorough 30min+ searches for lost mail and package issues. Waiting in line for over 1hr mail issues should be a separate door or section as with most other locations.
