I have had the worst experience dealing with this company! One of their drivers ran into the power lines of my office building ripping my power lines off my building. Ultimately costing me thousands of dollars. Nearly one year later and I've received zero compensation! The claim adjuster basically is saying I will be punished for their drivers negligents! I definitely do not recommend for any reason!

Driver was easily doing 10mph over the posted speed limit here in Michigan. Also drove in the fast lane while not passing and cut me off while I was trying to exit the freeway. Don’t know which is worse, his driving or the receptionist who hung up on me.

Don’t book a load with them they book the same load with different carriers which is unacceptable they don’t care about your cost your time your energy and very unprofessional as a IG company it’s better to do business with manner

I don't recommend this low balling company. They pay $70 a day in training to be out all day and night. They don't pay you for all miles driven, Its zip code to zip code. My last pay check with U.S Xpress was $500 after completing 5 14 hour days.
