I hired Umar in spring 2017 to review a corporate agreement and provide strategic counsel. I had vetted many different attorneys and chose him because of his knowledge, skill set and demeanor. He went above and beyond his call of duty and exceeded expectations. He is very quick to respond to emails and texts, is available when needed and meets deadlines.
