I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Child custody: I spent $2700 on what was initially described as an open and shut case for my request to be denied. Lawyer was 30 mins late to the court house, did not contact group I was in touch with despite my requests to become knowledgeable in the case. Even my small request was denied. My hired lawyer informed me of the judge decision then argued with me about my requests even though he knew what I was fighting for Spend your money elsewhere. Other than reminding my ex to make payments on time not much was resolved and my daughter and I are out $2700

Mr. Underwood is a phenomenal lawyer to deal with. He can handle even the most complicated cases and other attorneys even seek his counsel. Mr. Underwood is also a pleasure to deal with; he is friendly, kind, personable and you can sense from how he communicates with you that he really cares about your well being and doesn't trust treat you as a "another case". Mr Underwood is also very very patient. Even as a busy lawyer, he took time to answer ALL my questions and hear me out, and made me feel like every question was very important to him. He is also easy to reach amidst his busy schedule. If he misses your call, he will make sure to call you back same day, even if that means playing excessive phone tag.
