Horrible customer service. Removed all my business from this firm due to their terrible costumer service.

Not the first time of having trouble getting reimbursement for travel and motel expenses. Some employees have attitudes that causes you to get upset. Sad to have to deal with folks like this. Come July this year will be 25 years. Anyone else been dealing with such sorriness for this long. About like dealing with my former employer.
I filed a claim in August. After two months of no updates or information I called back. First call, they didn’t know what was wrong or why it had been so long so they said they’d look into it and call me back by the end of the day. A week later, after no call back I decided to call. Called them four times, left three messages. No response. Only to find a letter in my mailbox another week later saying the claim had been denied. So after 2-3 months of no heating or cooling in my house (hvac unit had been blown due to power surge) nothing came of it. Shocks me how businesses can survive with this level of customer service.
