DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They received $2,000.00 from me and NEVER filled for my bankruptcy, never returned my money and now cannot be found. . So if you are reading this post UPRIGHT LAW, you need to return my money. You are a scam and take advantage of people at one of their lowest point.

I had the best experience with Upright & my attorney. I struggled with how to handle my debt situation so one day I decided to call, spoke with a great representative with Upright and he gave me great hope and positive direction. I thought about it for a week, called back, and decided this was the best decision for me; my family, and the BEST law firm for me to use - so I followed through! Upright is efficient, reliable, painless, honest, and I would recommend Upright to anyone who is seeking to alleviate some debt and enjoy some freedom! Upright kept their word, did all I was advised they would do regarding the process, and I’m finally breathing easy; grateful I made my decision to stay the course!

This company is a fraud. I paid in complete and my attorney asked for forms and paper work. I provided everything I was asked for. Then later I was contacted by another attorney to discuss my case and I was told that UpRight Law was going out of business and If I wanted his assistance I would have to pay them more money. I paid my total amount in full of $2200 and I am still waiting. This was right before Covid. I was notified that I would get a portion of my money back due to the company going out of business by the end of May and here we are 6/5/2023 and I have not received my refund. Is there a lawsuit going that I need to get involved in?

I would not give your money to these people. They are crooks. I paid them half the money and then I got in a little financial bind. I. The meantime they closed my case and said then couldn’t reopen it. Then when I asked about the 750 I put down they sent me and email with like 40 different charges claiming I was already over what I had put down. Claiming income entry, asset entry yet the funny part is I hadn’t even given them any information outside of my name and address. I talk to one person online and exchanged about 10 messages and one attorney called me for 5 minutes to basically introduce himself and tell me what documents he needed first which I never even sent. Lesson learned I guess. Use local attorneys they aren’t anymore expensive.

I am so happy that I chose upright law to handle my bankruptcy case. Upright has a very efficient process of document collection via an awesome app that I could visit at anytime. I had a good feeling about them at the start with my first call, the specialist was nice and caring. I had a very good working relationship with my lawyer Roger H. Roger was great at explaining the process and did a excellent job preparing and submitting my case. Im extremely pleased with the services upright law provided. I highly recommend them to all that need financial relief.
