I hired this firm in Feb. 2016 to process my I-485, the last application to get a green card. When I consulted about the timing of the process, they estimated 9 months. I submitted my I-485 via this firm in May 2016 which was 14 months before the expiration of my H-1B. However, I was told that it would take another 2 months to know the results of my I-485. My H-1B expires in two weeks and thus my employer prepared for the extension of my visa. Why? This incompetent and negligent law firm omitted my medical exam in my application according to the court notice. I had to re-do the lab testing to get the 2nd medical exam report since my previous lab tests were more than 6 months old. If they checked the review status of my I-485 when I asked in Feb. 2017, I could receive the results before the expiration of my H-1B in July 2017. Yet, they ignored my email with no response for a month! Working with this firm is too painful and costly in terms of time and effort! I would rather shoot my toes!
