Jacquie and her entire team were a blessing during a difficult time. Her team was humbling, as well as extremely professional and patient when explaining court processes, procedures, and options. There was never a moment when I felt unsure about what was going on which I appreciated beyond measure. From the very first meeting with her I valued her honesty and fighting stance, she wasn’t just in my corner supporting me during the divorce, she was ensuring that I got the best possible outcome at the end of the case. I don’t imagine divorces to be easy for anyone, but Jacquie and her team succeeded in making it a less horrible experience lol. I don’t think I’d ever get married again and then divorced but if it were ever to happen Jacquie would be the first person I contact. Her brilliant team and work ethic are beyond efficient and productive. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in need of a divorce. Jacquie doesn’t just fight for you, it feels like she’s fighting with you. It’s that minor difference that makes her presence and assistance all the more worthwhile.

Its difficult to find an attorney who cares truly for their client, especially in Miami. I consider myself fortunate that she was recommended to me. Jacquie and her team are diligent and incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Jacquie if you are looking for fairness and justice.

Lacks professionalism, likes to name call and speak wrongfully about the other party as previously stated in others reviews. Does not care about your children, will put their lives at risk if needed just to win a case. Completely mind blown on how unethical this lawyer is. Note: I am the opposing party, she represents my husband. Adding this because she can’t accept a bad review, clearly. But I have had to tolerate her calling me all sorts of names and even telling my husband that I need a mental evaluation in which I am still waiting for. Just because she represents my husband does not give her the right to name call opposing party, she is completely unprofessional. Update: A year later and I’m still married to my husband. Valdespino has been so emotionally involved in my case due to her relationship with my husbands new girlfriends family. Valdespino has admitted to having a relationship for many years with my husband’s girlfriends family . Her lawyers advocacy has gone out the door. Valdespino is wrongfully holding MY funds in her possession and will not release them to my attorney, as if she’s entitled to it. I’m in disbelief yet again how unprofessional this woman is. Do not hire her, she only causes you higher attorney bills instead of solving the issues peacefully which is her duty as a family lawyer.

I found myself in the Raging Sea without any help in sight. Jacquie came along to the rescue with her Brilliance and Creativity and was able to contest and conclude this legal matter to my complete satisfaction. She immediately provided me the necessary tools to confront and resolve the issues at hand in a prompt, intelligent and professional manner. This attorney is the worst attorney you can hire for any matter, especially for family law. She is very disrespectful and unprofessional towards the other party which makes you look really bad in front of the judge. Her gestures and appearance speak for itself. She has no manners. She is very disorganized. You might as well hire someone from the street with no degree to represent you in court rather than to hire this Jacqueline Valdespino. She is very unprofessional, she even gives herself 5 stars in google ratings, you can tell she needs the help. Save your money people, DO NOT hire her. She doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give her but in order to post the message you have to put the one star.
