IF YOU'RE READING THIS REVIEW AND FEEL HESITANT ABOUT GOING IN AND HAVING A CONSTELLATION DON'T DO IT. After reading all the reviews I still decided to accompany my mom to a constellation $200 straight out the bat. The "attorney" was rude and not very welcoming. He just talks about money and plays this game with his clients saying he can help them when he doesn't really seem to even bother replying to courtesy emails. My mom and I have been waiting since April 3rd for a response. I gave up on calling and emailing because they ignore emails and phone calls. They once put me on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up and called back immediately and they were able to help me no problem. I really think they were just wasting my time. My mom has her constellation on March 29. We've still yet to receive any kind of update from their end. I Would definitely recommend looking somewhere else they dgaf.

My mothers case was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Every visit we had at their office was handled in a professional manner. Myself and my mother felt very comfortable and at ease while navigating the process. All of our questions were answered and we found the process very easy. We did not encounter any problems . Horrible experience, they do not even respond to my emails or my phone calls regarding my dads immigration case. I suggest staying away from them with immigration services, they do not seem to push anything and expedite the process just take longer. I will look into legal repercussions i can take regarding my case since it seems they are just trying to collect my money and ignore my case
