I could not be happier with the professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of Mrs. Cara Smith at Vallone Law as well as the firm in general. In February 2023, the firm handled a closing for my fiance and myself and things went as smooth as could be. Now, I have 2 difficult and intricate (to say the least) landlord-tenant disputes, and Mrs. Smith has been more than helpful with her legal knowledge and expertise. Being a landlord, I've dealt with quite a few other attorneys and firms. I can unequivocally say that I am so impressed so far that I will be using Vallone Law and hopefully Mrs. Cara Smith for all my legal needs for years to come. The biggest impression made so far is the timeliness of the responses I have received from emails and calls; extremely impressed at how quickly Mrs. Smith responds. If I could give negative stars I would. This law firm and my experience was the worst professional one ever. They are so unethical and unprofessional it is ridiculous. The ethical violations are out of this world and myself and company have submitted them to an ethics review board. They can not get away with such conduct.

I have called them 3 times and left messages and have been told they would call me back but never have. I've sent an email, and never got a response. I called 2 months ago about a different issue, left a message, and still never got a call back.
