These people are scam artist go the other ways fast !!!! Better lawyers with more integrity some where else

Valmiro donado is a scam artist of the first order. He takes advantage of people that are less knowledgeable in areas of the law. If you are hispanic and your english is lacking, YOU ar HIS main target. I would stay far away from him as possible. I paid for his services in 2013 to modify my mortgage because i was having issues with the bank. All the terms were discussed regarding how much his services would cost and for how long. One day he brings me into his office to sign a few "papers". My english was very lacking at the time so i trusted him in what i was signing. BIG mistake. Apparantl he slipped re-modified contract (his services to us)a paper during all the signatures i was doing that day. In which he wanted in addition to what i was already paying him a percentage of the reduced price (we never discussed this) of the house which came to 70,650.00 !!!! Thats seperate fee that i was already paying him monthly...my mortage payment was going into his pocked already.
