I hired Mr. Newman to represent me in a civil lawsuit, he accepted, from May to November, back and forth I was with the law firm, Van Camp Meacham Newman, I was told the date of mediation November 27 2023. Here I go. When I arrived at the law Firm I was greeted very pleasantly, here it goes, LAURA KIKER walked myself and husband to a private room and starting talking , where is Mr. Newman,I said, LAURA KIKER response, Mr. Newman said I can handle this. all the mistakes right then, don't hire a lawyer and he sends a young associate in . LAURA KIKER has no fire in her for law. LAURA KIKER was not prepared for my case and was in circles everytime the mediator came back in the room.I did everything the right way, by law ,with the paperwork, of my mothers Last Will and Testament. LAURA KIKER made my mothers last words NOTHING. Lost the mediation and I'm the one paying, LAURA KIKER told me to look at this as a business deal, sure it wasn't her paying it was me. 99.99 percent in the state of N.C. the Will has to be prove wrong. Mr. Thompson Jr. prepared my Mothers Will, 42yrs. a lawyer in moore co. outstanding lawyer, LAURA KIKER made his work to be nothing November 27 2023. My case fell into that .01% . Unbelievable, all because of LAURA KIKER. My mothers last words means nothing. If you hire a lawyer at Van camp Meacham Newman and you case goes to young associate LAURA KIKER, run or fire the law firm because you are going to lose , LAURA KIKER will bill you every 10th minute of the hour and you are going to lose.

I ended up with Whitney Foushee as an attorney after my attorney no longer was able to represent me. There will never be enough words to express my gratitude nor appreciation for all of her time and hard work towards my case. When it came time for my trial, she knew me, my kids, and my case better than I did!!! She fought like hell for my family and I am forever grateful!???????? Hands down…. Whitney Foushee is the BEST in Moore Co. for family matters.

Fouchee reacts to the opposing counsel in their favor and not yours. She has only been an attorney for 6 months. Has no clue what her job is. Catherine the receptionist has problem keeping her giggles in control. Apparently clients stressed out by bad lawyers makes her giggle

Mr. Meacham spotted me $10 and then got my case dismissed. What else can I say, highly recommend ????????

Horrible experience with Whitney Foushee. Took 5k and did nothing worthwhile and never even met her in person. Withdrew from my case because I did what the police told me to do and filed a 50 B. She then referred me to one of the worst attorneys in the world. After meeting other women in divorce care, they also said that Foushee treated them with disrespect. Pretty certain she frowns on stay at home moms.
