Mr Garrett was an excellent communicator during the whole process of our 18 year old sons felony reckless driving suit. His office staff contacted us on a regular basis as well. He kept us calm and prepared. Very non judge mental and only serving us in the best way possible. We had a different lawyer in another state who did not communicate well at all and we had so many surprises that we didn’t expect. This was not the case with Mr Garrett. He fully prepared us and everything he said would happened, did. He went out of his way to have a witness questioned and this greatly helped our case. If we ever need a lawyer in FL again we would absolutely use him again.
