I would like to thank John and his team for turning around paperwork in the form of final will and testament as well as power of attorney, to help settle my father's life. We were extremely happy with Mr. Sullivan and his team. Mr. Sullivan is extremely honest and when it seemed as if everyone had some personal interest in our buying, Mr. Sullivan as our lawyer always was on our side looking out for our interests. Everything from the Sullivan team went nicely and I would highly recommend him as a real estate attorney. Also, our case wasn't an easy one, there were a lot of complications and Mr. Sullivan knew all the ins and outs.

The whole team at Vastola & Sullivan is awesome. They really came through during the most trying of times during the pandemic. I only dealt with Mr. Sullivan and the paralegal lacey but the whole team is outstanding .Mr Sullivan and lacey always took the time to answer all of my questions. I dealt with lacey the most on a daily basis and she was just so timely, awesome and professional. I have done a few real estate transactions over the years and this team is by far the best. Highly recommend!!

Cannot emphasize enough how ridiculously unprofessional this real estate transaction was with this attorney. Avoid Sullivan at all costs. His paralegal is the main person you will deal with (Lacey S.). She is not responsive, not organized in her work, does not follow up with clients to push for deadlines, is not driven and motivated to help clients to the best of their ability, did not keep clients in check. Just an awful experience all around, to the point where it’s just not worth my time to explain further details about the transaction as to why it was so horrible dealing with them, at least with real estate law.
