Have done multiple closings with CS Vaughn, all have been excellent experiences. Last closing had a few last minute bumps and Staci was a bulldog to get everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

Staci has closed many many loans for me over the years. She has always done a great job, and her staff has always been extremely easy to work with. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Staci to others.

Wow! It's been custom when it comes to closings for real estate property many issues can come up and this firm handles each event with grace and speedy correction. The sweet atmosphere this office has is so welcoming and friendly while keeping a trusted professional.

If 0 stars were an option that's what I would have chosen. Carmen Staci Vaughn is the most unprofessional attorney and person I've done business with. She has a lack of work ethic and habit of poor business practices. I closed on a home at the end of September with this office on the sell of my home (not by my choice, the buyer's agent chose the office). First off, I never received the final closing document until around 2:10pm on the day I was closing, my appointment was at 2:00pm. So this delayed me knowing how much money A) I was going to make on the sell of my home and B) The amount I needed to wire from my personal account to the attorney's office where I was closing on the purchase of my home at 4:30pm that same day. She had a very snarky and rude attitude the whole appointment and acted as if we were an annoyance and inconvenience, even though this is her job. Fast forward to October, I notice my refund from escrow is not as much as it should be. After doing some research and calling my mortgage company, and obtaining documents, I find out she did not pay off my mortgage until 7 DAYS AFTER WE CLOSED. A same-day wire was sent, so no delay in the mail can be blamed. This attorney held onto money for a whole week. I figured she should have an explanation and after making such a mistake would be more than happy to reimburse me the fees and extra charges I acquired from her mess up. I left a message with the receptionist, Jessica, on a Friday morning. I called through out the day and kept being told "she was in a closing and will return your phone call by the end of the day". That never happened. Finally after the third phone call on the following Monday Carmen Staci Vaughn decided she would speak with me. She stated that the payoff statement she obtained from my mortgage company said it expired on the 7th, so she had the right to pay it up until then. To my knowledge this is untrue. I asked for the document that stated she had the right to hold onto my funds for a week and not pay off my mortgage until the 7th, she said she was busy but would have it to me by the end of the day. SURPRISE, that didn't happen either. I called my mortgage company again and obtained the payoff document, which stated the payoff was only good through the 5th. SO this means the attorney knowingly not only lied to me, but also held onto my funds costing me extra money. To my knowledge I'm not the only one this has happened to with this office.

Very caring and understanding of my needs. Suggested things I had not even though about in setting up a will. Do not hesitate to go to them for all of your needs.
