If I could give zero stars I would. Been dealing with them for over two years with zero communication. You call the office and they don’t give you straight answers and when we show up for an appointment, we aren’t even greeted, just a “what do you need”. The lawyer who helped us was very nice, but the lack of communication from the staff and attorneys at this office had me driving 6 hours from my home to meet them about a case they now stated was done. Why couldn’t I have been told that on the phone? You claim to be family and immigration lawyers; many of these immigrants are relying on you to help them and it is your duty to clearly communicate and ensure they understand. Anything less than that is an abusive and deceptive practice.

This people are so rude and don’t seem to know what they are doing or talking about. I don’t know anything about immigration laws but I’ll represent anyone better than them. That man we spoke to was Renato, such a rude and unprofessional “lawyer”. Don’t waste y’all money there!!!!

I call them for a phone consultation, took about a week for them to call back to schedule one an appt. My original appt was Friday the switch it with out asking me to Thursday. Got a message saying it was at 4 after 430 I didn’t receive a call I called them the told me at 5 and still didn’t hear nothing back !! I had a confirmation text saying my appt was at 4 I was not impressed. I fell they didn’t respect my time while I’m respecting theirs not professional at all

They managed to resolve my fines for speeding and driving without a license fully recommended.

Very disappointed in service. Young lady that answer phone was not helpful at all. She hang up phone. Smh
