I'm not sure how they got my information, but i got a collection notice from them about an insurance bill Back in New York that I had no idea about. I immediately checked credit wise and credit Karma to see if I had anything in collections, and I didn't. My score did not Go down. I called the insurance company directly and settled my debt. They said I was not late enough to be in collections on that bill. I see why do many people are calling this place a Scam. I'm sure if I paid them, I would still have that balance with the insurance company.

She was professional and so helpful in assisting with the navigation the account I was working on. She is fair and very refreshing to work with. The assistance she provided was truly immeasurable.

Received letter about a Pharmacy Bill from Pharmerica for 712.59 from when I was in Rehab at Brightpoint Facility. Spoke with Rudette Johnson on 7-31-24. Explained I did not owe this entire amount. My hospital bill was almost a million dollars and I was at 100 percent out of pocket. Most of my medications were picked up from Walgreens by my husband with a zero copay. Plus when Brightpoint said my 20 days were up and I had to leave, they did not return my medicines. Friday before Christmas and my husband had to threaten them for my seizure medication I paid for. Rudette Johnson was very nice and suggested we offer 350.00 to settle this claim. Received email from her today 8-5-24 and this amount was accepted. Again, she was very nice and professional. I will keep my A+ credit score. Never been turned over to collections.

Had a medical bill that I frankly forgot about that was addressed under a company that my lab company bought and they helped walk me through the process and explained how the companies were the same.

Got a uhaul debt letter in the mail that i owed 400 dollars never even been to uhaul. Called uhaul they didnt know what i was talking about got on equifax no sign on debt owed
