Caring agencies refer me to Legal Aide and the woman at the phone, Sue, is rude and refuses to do an intake. Sue says they never help dv victims. Sue says they do not help with bad landlords or anything. Sue is a gatekeeper and unprofessional. She makes the agency look very bad. What is the point of being a 'free attorney agency" if you don't help anyone and refuse to answer questions?nn
