My wife and I used Vestal Law for a recent purchase. Attorney Erin Vestal was amazing and paid great attention to all of my needs and concerns throughout the whole transaction. I was amazed how she went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone for their real estate matters.

Amidst the stress of our first home, Erin made this one of the easiest processes and enjoyable experiences we could’ve asked for. She was superb and effective looking for our best interest and without any delays on our closing. In addition, Erin is extremely knowledgeable and patient, even with the million questions we had while signing and reviewing our paperwork. Everything we asked for was answered and responded to without hesitation. Also, Erin’s process to maintain and protect customers during the COVID pandemic was absolutely phenomenal while keeping members and customers comfortable and safe during the whole process.

I had a bad experience with Vestal Law in the recent time on a closing. Erin Vestal was supposed to provide me the future tax bills which the seller received from the Tax office, but because of her error I received a delinquent notice which included penalty/interest from the Tax office. When I contacted Erin multiple times on this same issue, there were no response from her. I had left her several messages on her office line, requested her PA to call me back and even sent her emails, but yet there was no response from her. Poor customer service Would not recommend to anyone in need of an attorney.

Vestal Law is top notch. Many clients of mine have used this firm and have been exceptionally pleased in real estate matters. I personally used this firm for my 2020 home purchase and will do the same when my other home sells. I appreciate the attention to details of concern. I also appreciate that one is not paying for a multi million dollar law office, as legal fees are reasonable.
