While Mr. Stone may be a great source of legal service in the small town of ElDorado, Arkansas he has lost touch with the ability to effectively communicate. During a phone call to provide updated contact information Mr. Stone’s assistant forwarded me to him directly. Nothing that I requested but she wanted to make sure that he wanted/needed the information being provided. It was at this time that he lost his cool. As I shared the same information I provided to is receptionist he began to shout at me. Others in my surroundings could hear him without me even placing him on speaker phone. I’m beyond confused and unsure what on earth makes him feel the need to scream and become irate over the phone but gladly want to share my experience with others. If you need a lawyer please choose one who knows how to communicate properly and unfortunately Phillip Stone is not that!
