This lawyer and her secretary are the most rude people. I can not even explain anything and they hang up on me. They are not professional at all. Handling a divorce case and she is too incompetent to know how to do it. She is not qualified for the job. Maybe she should just retire since it seems she doesn't know what she is doing.

Awful experience! My sister asked me to come with her to draft her will and wanted me to be with her while talking with the attorney. However, this attorney doesn't care what the client wants. She made it clear she was in charge and didn't care what was important to the client. So if you want a bossy attorney that talks but doesn't listen Susan Jean is the right choice!

This young lady will surprise you! I'm going to be using her for future issues and legal advice. She.is the most understanding, sincere, considerate person ever. So if you're looking for quality representation, she's the one!

I’ve called this attorney 3 times now to hire her for family law. I’ve been hung up on every single time and when I called back the woman acted as though it was an accident and then did it again. I told her I have a legal plan that I pay for through my employer and she asked for case number and then hung up on me again! I’m already under a lot of stress, the last thing I need is some immature secretary playing phone games at a law firm!
