I had the worst experience with Wexford and their parent company, Viking. It all started in June when I visited a new property. We had a verbal agreement on a price of $2560. I confirmed with the leasing office that the price would remain the same until my wife could see the house. The next day, my wife and I visited, and she liked the place. The leasing agent mentioned the price had increased to $2720 but assured us she would honor the original price since we had a deal. I completed my application, paid the fees, and ended my current lease, but received no paperwork. called 5 times to confirm with her that she adjusted it to the agreed upon price. Everytime I called the agent she assured me that she will be sending me the contract and the paperwork to prove that the lease price was adjusted to $2560 and that never happened. In July, I called again to check and ask for the lease documents, only to receive them with the new price of $2720. Frustrated, I called, and they emailed just two minutes before closing, stating corporate would not honor the old price. After my wife sent an email calling this unprofessional and illegal, a leasing office representative called the next day, apologized, and said they would honor the original price. They sent us the lease documents, but the next day, we received another call saying, "Bad news," they wouldn't open the building until September. This happened just two weeks before we were supposed to move in, leaving my wife, our 8-month-old baby, and me with no place to live. We asked if they could help us with anything until the apartment was ready or let us stay in another unit, but they refused. They offered no solutions, showing terrible communication and the worst customer service ever. The next day, they knew they were not honest to the point that corporate called us with a private number to let us know that they wouldn’t be letting us move in on the agreed date. They put my whole family through so much stress and caused panic attacks for us. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid WEXFORD OR ANY OF THE VIKING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. Their lack of transparency and delay is not just unprofessional but seems like a deliberate scam. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I have lived here for over 10 years this is my home. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with all the changes I have been seeing the past year. Amity Garden staff has always been very helpful to me . I couldn't image living anywhere else.My family has lived here over 40yrs. So excited for pool season & Looking forward to the Easter event.

Viking Residential offers an exceptional housing experience. Their attention to detail is evident in the well-designed homes, featuring modern amenities and quality craftsmanship. The community atmosphere fosters a sense of belonging, and the attentive staff ensures residents feel supported. Overall, Viking Residential provides a comfortable and inviting living environment.

EXPECT MOLD (Amity Gardens). And NO communication with residents about construction. Have come out to my car covered in mud, CONCRETE, etc before. Trash piled up everywhere, been like this for months. I could go on and on!

We had a terrible experience with leaving the apartment. We were completely misinformed about the notice period we had to provide by the office staff and did not return our security deposit. There was no breakdown of charges in the reasoning of short notice on the bill. Extremely rude staff were not ready to listen what we had to say. The staff had no idea of the process itself and clearly misguided us about providing the notice. Had confirmed with them multiple times before providing them the notice. We had lived in this apartment for 5 years and I would say there were couple security incidents. However management took no steps to have any security. Poor maintenance. We had called over 3 times to fix our leaking bathroom ceiling. Every time, they responded work order is being made but no action was taken. I am really disappointed by the management and would not recommend anyone to live here.
