Very unprofessional. I gave them money for a consultation and talked to the guy for about 20 seconds. Then didn't hear back from, mr. Juan soliz, in about one week. He acts like 50 bucks is easy to come by these days. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone trying to get help. Because they act like they're too busy for you all the time. Zero stars.

So far it's been a really bad experience dealing with them. We never get calls back and we leave messages and nothing. I wish we never dealt with them in the first place. I honestly wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Friendly service but if you aren't pushing them about your case,they'll leave it aside. My case could've been more than halfway ahead. It's been affecting my marriage and my husband's family. I'm friends with them on Facebook and I don't know who manages the page but maybe they should spend LESS time of Facebook and more time on customer's cases.
