Over all I have to give Josh and his staff five stars I never had any conflict with appointments with Josh were getting through his staff their amazing actually. They do the research. And no matter if it's a month or a year between the meanings that I'm able to see Josh he's always on point he always has the answers he knows exactly what I'm going in to see him about. I honestly think his reputation far precedes his father who is one of the best attorneys in El Paso for decades they have a great firm no matter which way you go. What i respect about Spencer Law Firm is that they will turn down cases because they make their clients priority they don't take thousands of cases like other firms. They take the cases they know that they can do the best for their client that that's why I'll always go to them first.

Good luck making it past his staff. "Isbell" will handle your call as if they do not want your business. The initial receptionist will let you speak, ask your name, then give you a cold transfer. I called for Josh Spencer and that receptionists yelled at me (literally) that I was transferred to Joe Spencer. Mind you, this is after 2 weeks of leaving messages with no call back. I was referred by a personal friend and Isbell flat out told me that she wasn't even going to take a message for Josh. I asked what she could tell me about the "other" brother and she said that "they're brothers"... that's it. I'll never be able to find out if they are good lawyers or not because I can't even get past the staff.
