If you are planning on going with his services, make sure to ask to do an initial 15 minute consultation with him via phone to see if he is even able to help you. He wasn't able to for us, and then still charged us $300 for the hour consult. His receptionist had told us that he "definitely did things like this," which led us to believe that he was actually going to build a case for us, rather than just charge a consulting fee. Also, his office was inflexible about doing a phone or skype consultation, even though they knew we were driving from two hours away.
