Mr. Vojdani is a spectacular lawyer and an amazing human being. He managed to help us out with an urgent and an unexpected situation with a property. He took the time to talk to me over the phone and I was able to meet with him the next morning. I chose to work with him after contacting 12 other real-estate attorneys and realizing that they have no clue how to help. He is prompt, efficient, caring and honest. It's very rare to find an honest attorney nowadays but he is truly one of a kind and a true gem. He resolved my multiple issues in a very creative and time efficient manner. Mr. Vojdani was incredibly helpful to me as I dealt with tenants who refused to pay rent. The tenants reason for not paying, just a one-word answer, "COVID," without any explanation of how they were experiencing hardships. Mr Vojdani spent a lot of time with me explaining the laws related to eviction in the time of COVID in great detail. He did all of this before I even retained his services. It's clear to me that Mr. Vojdani cares about the people he works with. He's a busy man and he gets to the point- I love this! But it's good to know that that is his way of trying to help people as much as he can in a short period of time. I highly recommend Mr. Vojdani and his services and he will be my go to for any property related matters in the future!
