Although Scott was personable and professional, it seemed like his case volume was a significant barrier to making me as a client feel like I was getting quality service for the sizable fee I was paying. There were also some missteps that never should have happened, and unfortunately will continue to negatively impact me for years to come. Of course neither side is ever happy in divorce and it is indeed a lengthy, expensive and confounding process, but that's not what I am talking about.
