This law firm helped me a lot during a Bankruptcy in July 2015. Since the first day I visited their office Mr. Gregory Rice Jacobs (Associate Attorney) assited me very professionally and I explained me in details about the payments and how the case would be submitted. Mr. Jacobs proved to be a lawyer with wide knowledge in bankruptcy processing and he was always very polite and understanding. They offer good payment plans and prices are reasonable. The process is satisfactorily concluded, I highly recommend these lawyers. Likewise Mr. Aramis Hernandez who is very professional and affable. Thank you.
I seeked Mr. Aramis legal advice for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Due to poor representation I was forced to pay back to my creditors. I was never told to put in my schedules two new appliances that I had bought -but the trustee find out about it at the 341 meeting. His associate whom does not longer work there did not defend me at the 341meeting; she kept her mouth shut when the trustee ordered me to pay back to my creditors; she accepted everything that the trustee asked without OBJECTION. I feel that I went to the 341 meeting just to be told what to pay. Days before the 341 meeting Mr. Aramis told me that I got a tough trustee. He should had PREPARED me or my CASE better. I’m very disappointed having to pay this money back because when you file for a chapter 7 ALL your debts are supposed to be discharged, otherwise I would had file a chapter 13. I’m still paying two bills that were not discharged one of them a city of Miami bill which Mr. Aramis after looking at the city website hesitantly told me that it may or may not get discharged. I asked him multiple times to contact the city to make sure that this bill would be discharged but he never did. Mr.Rojas
I visited Aramis Hernandez late last year because I lost my job, and couldn't keep up with all the bills that I had to pay. Mr. Hernandez filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me and made the entire bankruptcy process very smooth and explained everything very thoroughly. The entire staff was very friendly and patient with me. I highly recommend this attorney if you are currently in a difficult financial situation and are considering filing for bankruptcy. Now that my bankruptcy has been discharged, I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and starting off with a clean slate.
This Lawyer took my case, I trusted that as a Lawyer he knew what he was doing, and a short time later when I sold my house I thought that everything was fine and he had left me a debt of several thousands in the modification that he made. This meant that the profit for the sale of my house was significantly reduced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMS LIKE A LAWYER WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND ADVISES HIS CLIENTS BADLY SUCH AS IN MY CASE. Response from the customer: Of course the defense is allowed, I do not understand how a professional lawyer that understands these matters, knows that a client has two mortgages and only modifies ones. If I had a second mortgage, why did this lawyer (that supposedly knows what he is doing) not indicate to me that I should have modified it. Any person that has had contact with a lawyer knows that in search for money, they will continue to contact you, sending you letters or communications. Why did this lawyer not do this? This shows that this lawyer does not follow his cases. IN MY CASE, THERE IS NOTHING TO DO, I AM ONLY ALERTING FUTURE CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY CAN USE MY EXPERIENCE WHEN MAKING A DECISION ON CHOOSING A LAWYER TO REPRESENT THEM.
I recently got notification from the IRS that I owed them 30k from a error in my fillings from the previous year. I needed a tax attorney fast and did not know where to look. My cpa was the one that got me in the trouble to begin with so I did not want to mess around, I found it in my best interest to hire a tax attorney to deal with this issue. I was lucky to find Aramis Hernandez's office. After checking around with many tax attorneys in the miami area, I decided to work with Aramis because he pays strong attention to details and was able to make me feel confinement in his abilities to work with the IRS to resolve this issue and lower the amount I overall would have to pay for this tax error. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a tax attorney in the miami area to call Aramis set an appointment and judge for yourself if he is right for you. He was clearly the best tax attorney for my situation.
