I don't recommend this Lawyer ("Bucky") - and PLEASE don't tell me that I'm not a client (as they seem to do with every bad review). We just closed my Dads estate account, and we only used this lawyer because that is who my dad was using. Several reasons for my low rating: 1 - From the start Bucky gave unrealistic timelines 2 - Couldn't TALK to him after the original meeting of him getting us signed-on and taking a deposit. I called once (had to leave msg) and he returned my call basically telling me that if I call again it will cost me extra money and to email only. However, they only commit to responding to emails in a 48hr window - so if you have something urgent.... 3 - His paralegal was out for several days (maybe a week or more) with a "family emergency" and apparently she was the ONLY person in his office that could work on our case, so it was delayed significantly. When I complained about it to another gal, I was basically told that there were about 25 of us in the same boat. Bucky really needs to establish a back-up plan for his employees. What if something were to happen to that paralegal?! 4 - They don't have an office and only pick up mail twice a week, which can significantly delay the case more. 5 - They sat on 350k from my father's home sale months past the closing and creditor period ending. 6 - On 7/25 they said that they were cutting a check to another attorney, and as of 8/10 that attorney had not received it. When I inquired, I received an email stating "The check will be sent out this Friday. We will 2-day ship the parcel so that it will arrive before the 18th.". No explanation, accountability or apology. There are more! It was all just a bad experience for us, on top of losing our father :(. I hate reliving it to even write this review, but I think it's fair for other people to know what they might expect.

Excellent! A nice combination of lengthy experience and very nice personality. My 94-year old Mom frequently doesn't care for professionals, but she liked him a lot, as I did (and I was an attorney in a former life). This is critical, as for our elders feeling comfortable is at least half the battle. Very professional. Courteous and competent staff. Highly recommended.

Great attorney with wonderful girls working the office who can do absolutely everything you need!!

I wouldn’t recommend them to NOBODY! They NEVER answer the phone or contact u back! They don’t keep u up dates at all! And they take FOREVER to get your money to you and act like everything is a game! They are rude as can be! I would never go back to them!!!
