Received bedroom furniture that we have to alter and drill holes into in order for it to be put together - the holes in the wood don't match up appropriately. They know about it, the gentleman at the loading dock told us what we would have to do in order to make the furniture go together. Also numerous holes were left uncovered, there are numerous defects as well. Not very happy that $1300 went to junk furniture. Was also pormised that all parts would be in within 2 weeks and they weren't.

I purchased furniture the end of Oct. On my paperwork it clearly states 'First payment due 12/05' I receive a collection letter that my payment for Nov is past due. I called the number on the letter and spoke to a very rude manager who said they made an error on the paperwork and my payment is past due and I am doing to incur late charges. This is not ok to tell someone their first payment is due in Dec then send them a past due notice in Nov. They can have the furniture back. I am NOT paying a late fee when I am not late. If they did give me incorrect information when I purchased the furniture the ethical thing to do would be to honor that. But this company is clearly not ethical. I have contacted the BBB and will continue to post everywhere I can. This is not right how I was treated and rudely spoken to at the corporate office.

Mistakenly made duplicate payments 11/2018 to pay our account off in full. We had purchased a mattress set, no interest if paid in full within 12 months, we paid it off in 11 months. I paid the full amount online and when I didn't see a confirmation come through I went back to the website. The payment didn't show up there either so I figured that I must not have completed the process and repaid it. Lo and behold both payments cleared my bank. I disputed the 2nd payment through my bank, as a duplicate payment, and they immediately issued me a credit. I now owed nothing to Badcock or so I thought. After realizing that my bank debited my duplicate payment back to them Badcock issued charges back to our account. After 3 months of putting up with their shenanigans we went to the store in Cape Coral, FL to have this "charge" and late payments removed. We spoke to the manager. She called corporate to have this straightened out, she put me on the phone with accounting, the woman I spoke to there eventually said that someone higher would have to research the account and that she was placing me on hold to have her pick up and talk to me. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was informed that the woman I needed to speak with was at lunch but that she would call me back within 20 min. This was Saturday 2/23/2019 and as yet have not heard another word. The duplicate payment we made was $212 and was never due on this account. My Badcock statement now shows a balance of $242 ( two late??? payments added $15 each). I will be filing a complaint with the State of Florida Consumer Affairs Office, the BBB, and will resort to small claims court if need be.

Awful experience at the St. Cloud, FL location and this is coming form a previous customer who USED to be satisfied with this furniture store. I purchased a bed which was delivered missing parts and it didn't resemble at all the price paid. Headboard had dull streaks and had rough patches, sides had holes, another side had a scratch, the bed looked like a liquidation or a clearance item instead of a full priced piece of furniture. I was promised to have a new bed delivered 3 days later, then on that day and after taking another day off from work and this time around my husband too took the day off to be present just in case, the so called manager Joe Sciarratta, who Lacks of absolutely all skills to perform this job, told me they received another bed in even worst conditions than the first one, and proceed to tell me that a new delivery would be scheduled in 3 more days and warned me that possibly the next bed could come in bad shape too and if I wanted, he could refund me the money instead. This is simply unbelievable how they don't stand behind their product. I have since ordered the exact same bed online for $300 less and free delivery. I can't wait to see E-COMMERCE putting this unreliable store out of business!
