If you hire Att Jeffrey Klemp, you will not be disappointed. My husband had a re-injury to his shoulder, while on the job, almost 3 years after his initial injury. He works in the construction trade & the insurance company who represented his employer was denying the claim for re-injury. We called a few local Attorneys, but every one of them refused to take the case. Without giving up hope, we called JK & after the initial consultation, he took my husband's case. The insurance company continued to deny & save themselves but Attorney Jeffrey Klemp didn't give in. Upon finding out the insurance company didnt pay all of the bills from the first 3 appts of the claim which was 2 yrs ago even though i submitted them at time of visit and 3 months after(amazing by the way the bills didnt come again til after the settlement) i sent copies to him and got this response WE figured you were going to try for more money in your pocket. WE ..HE WROTE.. And the whole thing is an insult towards me. I just wanted to be compensated for medical liability and loss of income. More money in my pocket nope to pay the bills the insurance company should have paid 2 years ago.
