Worst ethics I have ever seen in a Lawyer and now that he is a Judge should make everyone who goes in front of him worried. Good Ole Waverly Police Department within Sussex County padded charged on me and Wallace Brittle had no problem letting me go to prison for something I didn’t do instead of doing what a lawyer is paid to do and defend their clients innocence.
