This realtor, Dan Martin, is garbage. He represented a buyer in a real estate deal. Had absolutely no control over his clients, allowed them to negotiate in bad faith, and frankly had no ability to convey, communicate or understand the intricacies of a complex real estate deal. Further, he hired an inspector based on friendship that resulted in the hiring of an overzealous and absolutely absurd structural engineer who tried to blow up the deal. If you want a real estate agent who is absolutely inept, please do hire this guy. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Peter and his stand-out team exemplify integrity and professionalism.They made the selling process so easy it’s almost enjoyable, it’s no wonder I have neighbors say to me “if I was selling, that’s who I’d list with!” Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
