The best immigration attorney I have ever known. I have interviewed a dozen attorneys for my case. None of them ever read chapter 40, and their advice is too ridiculous. Suppose you are looking for a form preparer and know how to get your green card or citizenship. However, it probably won't matter if you need an attorney who may go to court or prepare your case against USCIS, Miss. Wang is the best.
I highly recommend attorney Jean Wang, I came to US more than 20 years ago and was not able to get status, went through many attorney but failed. They not only made me lost money but also time. But with this attorney she told me straight away the strategy of the case, how to get the green card, what needs to be done. I came this attorney in 2019 and did I-601A, just recently went to Guangzhou for interview and came back. Attorney Wang even prepared me well. The entire team is highly professional and work hard to help me get status. I am very grateful for all the hard work attorney has done.
Before consulting Attorney Wang, I have also gone to other law offices but after they viewed my case, they refused and said that my case is confusing and requires a lot of work. That is when I went to find Attorney Wang and she accepted my case saying there aren't any difficulties and told me that she will handle everything. During this process, everyone is professional and experienced. I highly recommend Attorney Wang to everyone that needs help with their immigration status.
Wang's Law Office is very efficient and professional in their operations. They take the time to answer my questions regarding laws through clear explanations. Because of their devoted work, my case was resolved with much success. Definitely will choose again!
To avoid any confusion; she is a good lawyer. She gets right to the point and tells you without sugarcoating. However etiquette could use some improvement. Being from an immigrant household, it goes without saying that parents won't fully comprehend everything. In some of her comments, you could see that the parent listening to her was feeling uneasy, even down to the tone she employed. I was unhappy with the tone she used, which seemed to show that she was annoyed that we were asking follow-up questions. Just from observation, she kind of laughed at some points when things were not just funny which threw me off.
