Amazing office and personnel

I have been calling for 2 weeks & (Bethany) the person in charge of my case is not available that I am aware of, could be longer. I can't be given a date for return. I was told I can't talk to any one but, Bethany & that no one else is available in the entire firm!!!! What kind of Law Firm is this with absolutely no one to talk to. I could understand an illness,vacation,maternity leave,etc., tell be something other than I don't know & hang up on me!!!!!

I've seen these attorneys in the courthouse, and they are very experienced and knowledgeable.
