Brenden Leader took over my case and helped me settle my case in a timely matter. He was professional and considerate to my concerns and answered my questions with detailed information. I don't know why they would agree to take on cases when they clearly can't handle the load. I've interacted with 5 different people, all of which have told me that they'd get in touch with me if they needed additional info. Repairs to my car were completed nearly 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an update on the next steps and what if any information is required. My case is pretty straightforward but they struggle to respond to the most basic inquiries. They didn't seem to know what a diminished value claim was and whether it would affect my settlement. They dodge direct answers like a seasoned politician, eventually referring me to a third party that specializes in that topic.
