We had not updated our wills in over 20 years, and we contacted Nancy Wasdin at Wasdin Law LLC to help us. When we met with her in her office for the preliminary information, she was well-prepared, and had a series of questions ready for us to answer, as well as some recommendations as to how to best position our estate to make it easy for our kids when the time comes for them to execute our plan. There were a few decisions to be made, which she assigned to us as "homework". As soon as we got back to her with those answers, she stated that she would need a few days to finalize everything, and we scheduled our appointment to go over everything and sign the estate documents. She was prompt each time, and her staff was extremely helpful. We met and went over the documents, and she had her team witness everything for us. We left with hard copies of everything, but she also emailed copies of our estate plan to us before we ever left her office. Nancy and her team were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of an attorney.
