Waters & Waters

I am a new resident of Chico. I went to move into my new house and found the water off. I called after hours about 7pm and Cal Water dispatched an on call employee to turn it on for me. I had water within an hour. I appreciated the service. I've also talked with the office and have yet to have a poor interaction with them. I notice some poor reviews, but for me, it's been pretty solid so far.

Water went out accidentally due to them servicing a main line, representative acted like it was no big deal. We were never notified. It's frustrating that they are the only game in town and get to disregard common courtesy because they'll get our money anyway.

The people that work in this office are so unprofessional and unintelligent it’s amazing. They turned off my water service a month early then I asked for. Then said they would have someone come out between 4:30-6:30 to turn it back on. No one came out and now I am stuck without water all weekend since they aren’t open again until Monday.

Well I was about to make dinner and my water just stopped I'm thirsty I'm hungry and there's nobody to contact great job way to serve the public poop.
