Not recommend, I paid over $4000 to represent my dad in a land case. After reading the transcripts, Tim Watson sr, in my opinion, threw the case. He also was disrespectful to my father just before trial, Tim Watson sr should be ashamed of himself. In my opinion he violated code of ethics. - Travis Knight Edit: Post their response to this review. In response to your statement, if the facts were what they were as you said. Why would you, Tim Watson Sr, want me to hire your son after this trial for an appeal for additional $10,000? I have a audio recording proof of Tim Sr doing this as well as miss advising me post trial. I do not recommend spending any money with this firm. They have no ethics.
I am so greatful for Tim Watson Sr. Our case with DHS in Lonoke County looked hopeless. They planned on termination of our parental rights. Mr. Watson got in there and did his thing and got it all turned around. Our case officially closed this week with us having full custody of our daughter. Thank you Jesus and Mr.Watson.
It took us 3 yrs to get nothing because Mr. Haney& Mr Watson Sr. DIDNOT FIGHT FOR US AT ALL….. THEIR LAZY & THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS EVER!! I would never recommend this Law Office…… My sister-in-law took EVERYTHING FROM THEIR GRANDMOTHER, that was Suppose to be split between her & my husband….. Easy CASE……. My sister-in-law lied & cheated her way to where she got EVERYTHING….& MR WATSON SR, Did not get the will. Statements from the bank or paperwork from my Grandmother’s Nursing Home……..
