Gary Taylor and his guys did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. Gary made several trips to our home, while working with our insurance company. His crew did a great job with installation as well the clean up process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Watts gave a competitive bid and suggested we contact our insurance about the roof’s condition. It was a good call, insurance covered it! No one else who came out actually got on the roof and inspected it. No one else suggested contacting our insurance company. Gary was very helpful in helping me pick my shingles and explaining what insurance would cover, we decided to go with a few upgrades. They came out to do the roof quickly, and got it completely done in 5 hours! It looks so good! We are very pleased with our new roof and our choice to use Watts.

Gary came out the day after I called. We had a roof leak that was showing in the living room ceiling. Gary went straight to the problem, but after nearly 20 years, it was better to replace than repair. They gave me a fair price, were there within two days and really went the extra mile. I had the pleasure of working with Gary Taylor. He was able to work with our insurance company so they would pay for our roof. I called Gary at the last minute on a Monday evening (5:00pm) & he immediately came over & gave me an estimate around 6:00pm. Gary & his team were able to come out on Thursday morning around 8:30am & by 2:00pm, they were done. I would recommend Watts & Associates to anyone needing a new roof.
